Yes. Payments are handled end-to-end by Chapa, Ethiopia's licensed payment processor. Your card or mobile-money details are entered on Chapa's own secure page and are never seen or stored by Ye-Shay or by the creator.

Creators can put a product on sale for a set window. While the countdown is running you pay the discounted price shown; when it reaches zero the price returns to normal automatically. The price you're charged is always the one live at the moment you check out.

Most creators ship within 1–3 business days, then it depends on the destination. The shipping fee is shown on the product page and again at checkout, before you pay.
Yes, on any product the creator has given a USD price — you'll see the USD option at checkout and can pay with an international card. Products priced only in birr need an Ethiopian payment method.
